Commodore has teamed up with Bankers Insurance Company to provide another excellent market for small artisan contractors.

Program Guideline Highlights

• CA licensed artisan contractors only
• Maximum of 10% sub-contractor costs
• No more than $1,000,000 in gross receipts
• Rating based on # of Employees
• ISO Occurrence (1996)
• No Sunset Clause
• Blanket AI at no additional cost
• 15% credit for proof of prior coverage
• Minimum of 3 years trade experience

Policy Limits

• Occurrence Limits: $ 100,000, $ 300,000, $ 500,000, $ 1,000,000
• Deductible: $1,000
• Minimum Premium: $750

Prohibited Work

• No Roofers
• No General or B Licensed Contractors
• No New Residential Construction
• No New Multi Unit/ Tract Work
