Business Liability Coverage

• Limits of liability $500,000 each occurrence/ $1,000,000 aggregate or $1,000,000/ $2,000,000
• Damage to rented premises – $ 300,000

Medical Payment Coverage includes:

• $5,000 per person, $25,000 per occurrence

Submission Requirements

• Coversheet/Request to bind coverage
• Completed and Signed Supplemental Questionaire
• Fully Completed TOPA application (signed and dated by both Applicant and Producer)
• Completed Terrorism disclosure form
• Completed Community Service Statement
• 3 year loss history (Loss runs or no loss letter)
• Photos of both Inside and Outside of Risk

• Accounts receivable records, up to $10,000 (higher limitsavailable)

• Money & securities, $5,000/ Inside & $5,000/ Outside (higher limits available)

Additional Coverages

• Debris removal, 25% of the amount paid for damage to covered property
• Preservation of property
• Fire department service charge up to $2,500
• Collapse
• Water damage, other liquids, power or molten material damage
• Business income, actual loss sustained; 12 month period limited to $50,000 (higher limits available)
• Extra expense, actual loss sustained; 12 month period limited to $12,500 (higher limits available)
• Pollutant clean up and removal up to $10,000
